David started his professional career in the sports and entertainment industry back in 2002 with the New Jersey Jackals minor league baseball team in Montclair, NJ. After a season and a championship with the Jackals, David accepted a position with Madison Square Garden and spent 2 years as a ticket sales representative for the NY Knicks and NY Rangers while also working as an event coordinator for all NCAA Men’s basketball games including the Big East and NIT Tournaments. David then moved on to the Newark Bears Professional Baseball team in Newark, NJ as Director of Operations. For 4 years David ran the Bears operations and supervised the design process of the Bears new baseball field from the ground up. After his tenure with the Bears, David became the facilities and events coordinator at Rutgers University Recreation in New Brunswick, NJ. While at Rutgers, David coordinated events, managed student staff and oversaw maintenance for both the Cook Douglass and Livingston Recreation Centers. David was trained by Rutgers as a facilitator for their team building activities and fell in love coordinating and facilitating team building programs, which is why he accepted the position of Operating Director with TeamUnity. David graduated from Montclair State University with a BS in Commercial Recreation and Sports Management. David is a husband to Kathy and a father to Ella. David is a CSW (certified specialist of wine), he loves to study and taste wine as much as he can. David is very passionate with college athletics and is an avid University of Florida sports fan. The Falco’s try to travel to Florida every year to catch a Gator football game. David enjoys playing guitar and listening to classic rock and the blues. His favorite musical artist is Stevie Ray Vaughan.
